常用到的基礎訊息，所以紀錄一下

meta 的 attribute 有兩個 name 及 http-equiv

有時候在使用 eclipse 中切換某些 perspective 時，會發生如下圖一般的錯誤訊息，具體原因不明，但經過查詢谷哥大神及測試，發現是 Breadcrumb bar 所造成，故在沒必要使用時將其關閉即可。
